When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from a very small team. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays, celebrations and sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, order time will depend on volume and the product you have ordered. Please remember this business is run by a handful of people and we will do our best to get your orders to you as efficiently as we can!
How do I return an item?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns but if you have received the item(s) defective/incorrect/damaged, please contact us at shop@printerstellar.com and include, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
